What this website collects, what happens when you contact us, and how to ask about your information.
When you send an enquiry
Kiernect receives the name, email address, optional business details, selected service and message you provide. We use these to respond to your request and discuss the work or support you need. Please do not send passwords, payment details, patient information or other sensitive material through this form.
Where your message goes
Messages are stored on our server and a notification is sent to [email protected]. Keeping a server copy allows us to retain an enquiry if email delivery is delayed. The website’s enquiry store removes entries after 90 days; related email correspondence and project records are handled separately.
Keeping the website working
The website uses Cloudflare and SafeLine to help deliver traffic and protect against misuse. These services may process connection information and use security cookies or verification checks. The enquiry service keeps short-lived, hashed connection information for abuse prevention. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics.
Your choices
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask about the information you have supplied, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. Tell us enough to identify the enquiry without including unnecessary sensitive details.
