These terms concern use of kiernect.com. Project work, subscriptions, repairs, hosting and other services have a separate written quotation and agreement. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Enquiries and ordering
Submitting a form, contacting us or selecting a package is an enquiry, not an order, payment or acceptance of a service contract. We discuss the scope and provide the applicable price and terms before you commit. There is no online checkout on this website.
Prices and packages
Prices shown apply to the described scope; guide and “from” prices are not fixed quotations. The monthly website plans have a one-off setup fee and a 12-month minimum term, followed by monthly rolling payments while active. Payments do not stop automatically after the initial term. Domain registration, business email, paid tools, content changes and additional features are separate unless your written quote expressly includes them.
Upfront website prices cover the build, with hosting and ongoing care quoted separately. Your written proposal confirms the total payable, any applicable VAT, payment arrangements, cancellation, ownership, handover and support. Any mandatory consumer information and cancellation rights must be supplied before a consumer contract is agreed.
Demonstrations and content
Our interactive website and app demos illustrate possible design and functionality. They are demonstration concepts, not representations of completed client projects or live customer accounts. Features shown in a demo are not automatically included in a standard package. Google rankings, sales or enquiry volumes are not guaranteed.
Using the website
You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate purposes. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Website text, branding, designs and code are protected by intellectual property rights; viewing the site does not grant permission to reuse them commercially. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep the information accurate and the website available, but errors, updates and interruptions can occur. Ask us to confirm information relevant to a purchase. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control those services.
